As a recently diagnosed type 2 diabetic, I decided to chronicle my efforts in lowering my A1C level.  I have a Freestyle Libre CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitor) and will post how different foods affect my blood glucose readings.  I’m also sharing how exercise plays a role in this as well.

The blood glucose information I post here is based on my individual metabolic characteristics and by no means is an indicator that others will have the same results.  Consult with your physician before making any changes to your diet or lifestyle.

While my results may not be the same as yours, my hope is that the information posted here will help in your quest if you need to lower your carbohydrate intake.  I hope you consider following this blog.
